One of the benefits of being involved in biological research is that you often end up traveling to very interesting places and seeing quite interesting and often beautiful things. If you are talented with a camera or even if you aren’t so talented with a camera (like me) it provides ample opportunities to take pictures of places, life and culture that only a limited number of people throughout the world get to experience.
